I love painting roosters, I don't know why I don't paint more of them. This is a colorful rooster with yellow, blue red, and brown on a muted background of green - gray. If you would like a rooster of a different size or using different colors, I will be happy to create your own special rooster.
The Rooster was completed in my home studio in Shelby, North Carolina, c2008.
Media: The Rooster was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for display without a frame. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.
