Two bright red tomatoes and a fresh pile of green asparagus. I have been spending a lot of time at the Farmer's Market lately.

Asparagus and Tomato was completed in my home studio in Shelby, North Carolina. c2009.
Media: Asparagus and Tomato was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for display without a frame. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.
