Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. It's that time of year again~ March Madness, Basketball, and Tar Heels.

Tar Heel Born, Tar Heel Bred V was completed in my home studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. c2011.
Media: Tar Heel Born, Tar Heel Bred V was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for display without a frame. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.
