Tornado II metal print by Torrie Smiley. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

This is my second tornado painting. I love the clouds and the swirling paint. This is definitely going to be the first of an "atmosphere" series....just wait.

Tornado II was completed in my home studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. c2011
Media: Tornado II was painted using professional artist grade acrylic paint on a gallery wrapped canvas with painted sides to allow for display without a frame. Painting was finished with a light coat of varnish.
